Resourcing the CWPGPCP


To enable organisations across the catchment to participate in relevant Central West Gippsland Primary Care Partnership activities in line with their capacity at that time, a number of working groups have been established around key strategic areas or joint initiatives. Organisations may choose for a range of workers to participate at any or all PCP meetings, though have only one voting right at business meetings. 
 
 
Policies and Protocols

A manual for the Central West Gippsland Primary Care Partnership members is currently under development. 
 
 
Working Groups


The Central West Gippsland Primary Care Partnership has various working groups including:
  • Healthy and Active Communities Leadership Committee
  • Healthy and Active Communities Forum  
  • CWGPCP Service Access and Care Coordiation Working Group
  • Falls Prevention Working Group
  • Food Security Working Group
